We do not offer refunds. However, if you are not totally happy with our product, please email us immediately at Jaye@bakeboxaustralia.com and we will look into resolving the issue straight away.
We use Australia Post and we only deliver within Australia to a physical address. PO Box address is not accepted. Parcels are shipped “signature not required” so the package will be left in your letterbox or front door to save you going elsewhere for collection.

Turnaround Times -
As all our boxes are put together by hand, we need some time to get your order together. All orders will aim to be processed and delivered in the next 7 - 14 days after purchase. If your order is urgent or of a large quantity, we would appreciate knowing about it in advance, please email Jaye@bakeboxaustralia.com. This will help us make sure that you get what you need when you need it.
Dispatch Times -
All orders will aim to be processed and delivered in the next 7 - 14 days after purchase. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched which will include the tracking number to track your order’s progress.
Deliveries - If the postal address for your purchased Bake Box is within the designated delivery zone, your box will be delievered by us personally to your door.
Damaged/Lost Goods -
We endeavour to ensure that our products arrive to you in the same excellent condition in which they leave us. We package our products carefully to protect them from any damage which may occur in transit. However, we do not accept any liability for damage to goods which may occur once they have left our kitchen. We do not accept any return of purchase and Bake Box does not accept any full refund or credit for your purchase.
If your order does not turn up in the expected timeframe, please use the tracking number to check on its status.
If your order is advised as lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you.
